All prices shown are quoted in GB Pounds Sterling and include VAT at an appropriate rate. (Please note if your order is from outside the European Union VAT will be deducted. Local duties or taxes may be levied in country of destination.)

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. We are reliant on the efficient operations of postal services worldwide but guarantee that your goods will arrive within 28 days or your money back.

Orders delivered to a location in UK, Eire & Channel Islands - £5.00, Europe - £12.00, USA & Canada - £15.00. For delivery to a location anywhere else in the world - £20.00.

If your order is a gift for someone, we are happy to send it to an address other than your own; please fill in the details on the order form where indicated.

SECURITY

We take every precaution to ensure your personal and payment details are safe and we are well aware that some people may be concerned about giving their credit card details via the internet. That is why we trade using only the highest levels of credit card security over a secure network.

All credit card details inputted are encrypted whilst in transit between your web browser and the secure server. Our secure server hosting solution provides 128-bit encryption security, the industry recommended minimum standard is usually 40-bit.

Once the details are taken they are encrypted using one of the most secure data encryption software packages (PGP). This works by protecting the details using an encryption algorytham which can only be un-encrypted using our PGP key when we receive it. This means that when the email is in transit between the server and ourselves all the details within it are scrambled thus protecting them from unscrupulous parties
